The Free plan covers one pet with every feature — records, documents, reminders, photos and Lifebook, with no caps. Pro is ₹150 a month or ₹1,500 a year and adds unlimited pets, each with the same full access.
PetPort’s own lifetime ID for a pet, created when the pet is added to PetPort. It anchors their medical record, powers the lost-pet QR tag, and transfers with them if they are rehomed or adopted — so the history is never lost. It is not the government’s Pashu Aadhaar ear-tag ID for livestock.
You, and only the clinics you choose. You pick which records each clinic can see — vaccinations, medical records, prescriptions, lab reports, documents, weight — and can withdraw access at any time; every time a clinic opens a record, it is logged for you to see. Separately, 13 consent choices cover things like reminders, marketing and research. Your files are stored in India.
No. PetBot offers care guidance, symptom triage and breed information — suggestions only, never a diagnosis. It will tell you to consult a vet, and for bleeding, collapse, breathing difficulty, poisoning or trauma you should go to a clinic immediately.
You can still keep the full record yourself — add vaccinations, prescriptions, lab reports and documents by hand or photo. When your clinic joins, those entries can be verified, and you can invite them from inside the app.
PetPort works for dogs, cats, birds, fish, rabbits and other small pets. The website and the apps work in eight Indian languages: English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Bengali, Kannada and Telugu.
