Group classes
Run a class with its roster and mark attendance, from the Partner phone app.
Session packs
Sell a pack of sessions up front; each session draws it down, and the balance is always visible.
Homework and milestones
Set homework between sessions and mark milestones as the dog reaches them — the progress record a trainer usually keeps in their head.
Completion certificates
Issue a certificate when a dog finishes a programme, and revoke it if it was issued by mistake.
Bookings and billing
Open slots, a booking-requests inbox and GST invoices — the same tools groomers and boarders use, in the same workspace.
What it does not do yet
Pet parents do not yet see homework, milestones or certificates in their PetPort app.
Certificates are recorded in your workspace; there is no printable certificate or verification link yet.
Group classes are run from the Partner phone app, not the web portal.
If your business also grooms or boards, open Training from the Partner phone app — the web menu shows it for trainer-first businesses.
What trainers ask
Is there a separate plan for trainers?
No. Training is part of the pet-business plan, the same one groomers and boarders use, so one subscription covers all three. The founder price is ₹11,999 a year, including GST.
Can I run group classes?
Yes. Classes have a roster and attendance, and they run from the Partner phone app.
Do dog owners see the homework I set?
Not yet. Homework, milestones and certificates are kept in your workspace; they are not shown in the owner's PetPort app today.
