PetPort is a pet-care platform with two connected apps. The Pet Parent app holds your pet's profile and records, lets you discover pet-care services and book them. The Pet Partner app is the workspace pet-care businesses use to receive and manage that work — bookings, calendar, services, customers and earnings.

Nothing is ever deleted, and nothing is capped. One pet stays free with everything unlimited — photos, documents and reminders included. Pro only adds more pets, each with the same unlimited access.

They can, and nothing lands in your pet's file without you. When a clinic or groomer adds a record it waits for your approval first, so the history stays yours even when someone else is writing to it.

Add your pet to the PetPort Pet Parent app and record each vaccine, or let your clinic add it, which you approve first. PetPort reminds you in the app and on WhatsApp before the next dose is due, and every certificate stays in your pet's health passport. The latest rabies and core vaccine certificates are always free to view.

Keep them in your pet's health passport in the PetPort app. Upload or photograph prescriptions, lab reports and certificates, and they are saved to your pet's file by type. A clinic on PetPort can add records too, but nothing reaches your pet's file until you approve it. You can show the whole history to any vet in seconds.

Vaccinations with dates, deworming and tick and flea treatments, prescriptions and allergies, surgeries and lab reports, weight over time, and your vet's details. Add the pet's Pashu Aadhaar or microchip number so the record can always be matched to the animal. PetPort's health passport has a place for each of these.

Search PetPort's directory of verified vet clinics, groomers, boarding and trainers by city at petport.cloud/directory, or find and book them in the Pet Parent app. Only businesses PetPort has verified are listed, and what you can book depends on which partners are live in your city. In an emergency, call the nearest open clinic first.

Look in the Pet Parent app for pet sitters, dog walkers and boarding near you, with their services and prices, and book in the app; what is available depends on which partners are live in your city. Before you leave your pet, meet the sitter or visit the facility, check its vaccination rules, and write down feeding and medication routines.

Yes, for one pet. The free plan covers one pet completely — health records, documents, photos, reminders, the QR ID tag and booking — with no card needed. Pro is only for adding more pets, and each extra pet gets the same access. Current prices are on the pricing page.

Search the immediate area in the first hour, tell nearby vets and shelters, and post a clear photo in local groups. If your pet wears a PetPort QR tag, mark it lost in the app: anyone who scans the tag sees how to reach you, and you are alerted at once. Our lost-pet guides walk through each step.

Yes. In the app you choose which clinic can see what — vaccinations, prescriptions, lab reports, weight and more, one category at a time — and you can withdraw access whenever you like. Every time a clinic opens a record it is written to a log you can read.

The web side is, today: care guides, shelter adoption listings and the Partner portal, all without an app or an account. The Pet Parent mobile apps are still in testing and are not on the App Store or Google Play yet.

The web product is already open and grows city by city. We are not fixing a public date for the mobile apps while they are in testing — subscribe to updates and you will hear before the general release.
